- Customer Service: Kwela has made a commitment that all our drivers get trained on these skills on a quarterly basis. This training includes topics such as the work and role of frontline staff, defining customer service, dealing with difficult clients, dealing with clients feelings (anger and frustration), defining quality service and personal hygiene.
- Defensive Driving: Because of the high demand we have at Kwela to supply services for top government officials such as Ministers and Presidents of other countries when dealing with Embassies such as India, Tanzania, Zambia, Trinidad and Tobago, Nigeria, Indonesia, Malawi, Zimbabwe to name but a few; it has become imperative that Kwela invest in training our drivers on these skills which include:Searching and eye scanning while you drive, Assessing and identifying hazards while driving, Identifying escape routes in order to place vehicle in the safest possible position on the road.
- Personal Appearance : First impressions of Kwela and our employees can have a significant impact on the success of our business. Image may not be everything, but it does speak volumes about our organization's values, achievements, work ethic, and professionalism. That being said, Kwela has invested in full uniform for all our drivers and operational staff.

MEET AND GREET AT OR TAMBO INTERNATIONAL
Kwela has seen a need in providing just that EXTRA personalised service by employing an usher who pages and welcomes Kwela clients with a friendly smile at the airport. This usher then escorts the clients and hands them over to a dedicated driver who will be waiting at the airports pick and drop area.
